" Sorry But I Couldn't Help Myself "

While I do realize that this photo isn't what you would consider
Full of the Christmas spirit,

I just couldn't help myself.
I loved it.

I do hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas.

Merry Christmas Diana. That's the way I felt in the middle of gift unwrapping this morning.

Hi Di, I'm so tired tonight - I think I may look a bit like the cat! I meant to tell you, I really like your new Header. Enjoy your time with Family.

I'm trying to relax Di and zone out, after a long, long 2 days of over stimulation from food, sweets, and loved ones, then your cat photo hypes me up again! One tends to look at that picture and react the same way! Copycat the cat!
I did have a nice time with family, hope you did too!
Love,
Wanda

We had a quiet day yesterday. Very nice. My family is getting together today--I suspect a little "madness" will be a part of it--maybe controlled chaos is a better word.

Continue to keep you in thoughts and prayers.

Good Morning Diana!
Yes! The animals have a way of bringing us back to the silence. My old dogs slept through most of the gifting yesterday...
My daughter's two dogs (that makes 4 in our house right now---thank goodness they're all small dogs)were front and center!

Hoping the circle of family around you brings comfort and joy~

Di-- Thank you for the comment on my post. It is the 1st Christmas without my step-mom of 19 yrs, and the 2d Christmas without my Dad.

Take care of yourself and allow friends & family to minister to you. Above all, I pray the Prince of Peace will surround you with His love and comfort. Donna

Di...Tell Ginny to come on over.
We'll take a photographic tour...nobody will say a word...It will just be Ginny and Jackie...and our cameras!!

LoL..the poor kitty kind of looks like me. :) I love the new look of your blog.. Reminds me of my doodle style of art. I have not forgotten about sending you your doodles...I thought it wise to wait for the Christmas mail to slow down, plus Frank and I have been fighting the gunk and I do not want to mail any germs. I pray the new year will bring peace and comfort to you and your family and I look forward to reading your blogs. Blessings. Dee

Diana
So glad to see you on your blog again. My heart went out to you, honey, when i heard about your Mom. I share your sense of loss at this time of year. While the holidays are painful they are also a time to come together with your family and share the warmth and security that only family can bring. Truly bittersweet.
I love your Nativity. I know you will put it away with a heavy heart this year but I know that when next year rolls around it will be the source of comfort and love.
Please take care of yourself, let the tears flow when they want to and know that I am walking with you, holding your hand through those dark moments and smiling with you through the bright ones that are coming.
Blessings on the New Year, my friend.
Huggz,
Quieten
