" Sung to the Tune of Jingle Bells "

I know I've been away,
there's not much I can say.

My husband's been home sick,
I'm dealing with all sorts of !#$&.

I'm tired and worn out,
I miss visiting about.

I think I'll be back soon,
with no more doom and gloom.

My husband needs to get well
so I can show and tell.

I am hoping this will be,
before I'm sixty-three.

Oh I miss you
and blogging too
I hope to be back soon!

Until then
enjoy your friends
and I will see you soon!!!!!

Take care of yourself. We tend to try to do a lot at this time of year, and sickness on top of everything else doesn't help one bit.

your Katie did a great job picking out your tree! IT IS SO BIG and beautiful! Ahhh I hope hubby gets better soon. He just needed to be home so he could get some sweet Christmas season lovin' and be able to have some of that wonderful home feel of the Christmas goodies. So get baking girl friend and make sure he has lots of goodies to take with him once he is on the road again! LOVE and HUGS and SMILES.....

Your "jingle" is SO creative! Where do you find the energy with all you're facing? This has been a STRANGE December for a lot of people I know. Take care of YOURSELF and "YOURS" and we'll all catch up with each other after the New Year.

OBOYA is my word verification :) Makes me chuckle to say it out loud with an exclamation mark after it.

Hey, sweetheart, you ARE missed.

I should have said that you are missed ALREADY. By the way, I enjoyed the poem, and I hope you don't get sick because if there's anything more depressing than one spouse being sick, it's both spouses being sick.

Love your song (even sang it) but sorry to hear Jake is sick, hope he is feeling better. How are you?
Love, love, love your tree, one of the prettiest I have seen. Did Katie help you decorate it?

It can be a busy and stressful time and you certainly don't need the added hassles. Try to do best you can and enjoy the holidays with your family.
Take care!
