" Moonlight Serenade "

Well here we are with yet another full moon. It is beautiful. Yet sleep escapes me for several days when it arrives.

Precious sleep. It's hard to come by with age. And the beautiful full moon,
she doesn't help at all.

So I just go with it knowing that it will pass. My mind races. My body protests.
My children complain of their lack of sleep, all the while telling me that I am crazy for suggesting the fact of the sleepless full moon.

Ah yes, the beautiful yet sleepless full moon.

Hi Diana,

I hope you don't miss too much sleep. :) We have been sleeping so well since we have been home. There's no place like home and your own bed.

zzzzzzzz,
Lois ;)

HI DI - the Winter moo is bright and full, oh yes. I took a picture of it and is on my last post - not a great picture but I tried. :-)
Let the crystal light of the shadowed moon blanket you in peace......
Love Gail
peace.....

I slept poorly too, but I'll put it down to a very sore throat that has me mooning for better health.

I can not sleep either...never thought that the moon could be the culprit.

Hi Diana, I think you have a good idea here. I know the full moon was beautiful that night, we saw it but I did not have my camera...My theory is that I always get a little off with the full moon and thats why I can't sleep...Your blog looks great. Sorry I have not been around much, but I seem to be back in it again. I have been glad seeing you on facebook. sending love to you. hugs.

Hi Di

Thank you for explaining me the details about Full moon.. It was very interesting to read.

Enjoy your weekend.

Oh, yes. It has the same affect on me, too!

I'll bet your racing mind has more to do with your not sleeping than the full moon. You've had a lot on your plate this past year, Di.

Oh dear! No sleep. That is just so horrid, moon or no moon.

Blessings and Bear hugs!

Hi Diana. I never gave thought to the full moon being the culprit for when I can't sleep. I'll have to check next time I'm tossing and turning if the moon is full.
Happy Sunday :)

I totally agree with you re:the effects of the moon. I can guess it is a full moon just by the way I feel and my m.d. didn't think it odd when I told her ; so it must be scientific !x
